Refund and Warranty Policy

1. Standard Manufacturer Warranty

Newline Filters guarantees that all products are free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of shipment.
We stand behind the quality of our production. If a product is proven to be defective, we will replace it free of charge or issue a credit for the value of the defective items.

2. Make-to-Order Policy (No Returns for Non-Defective Items)

To ensure the highest quality and shelf-life integrity, Newline Filters operates on a Make-to-Order (MTO) basis.
Products are manufactured specifically according to your order specifications. Therefore:

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrectly ordered part numbers (Customer Error).
  • Overstock or inventory adjustments on the customer’s end.
  • “Change of mind” cancellations after production has commenced.

3. Order Cancellation Window

Orders typically enter our production schedule within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • Cancellation within 24 hours: Full refund.
  • Cancellation after 24 hours: If raw materials have been cut or production has started, a cancellation fee covering material costs will apply.

4. Damaged in Transit

Our responsibility is to deliver Ex-Works or FOB (depending on contract). While we use heavy-duty export packaging, damage during transit must be claimed against the carrier. We will assist you by providing all necessary documentation for your claim.
