Do you keep products in stock?
We operate primarily on a Make-to-Order (MTO) basis to ensure rubber seals and filter media are fresh and strictly comply with latest OEM specs. However, we do maintain a strategic buffer stock for long-term contract partners.
What is the production lead time?
Standard production time is 7-15 days after deposit confirmation. For urgent air shipments, we can expedite partial deliveries.
Can you manufacture filters with my brand (Private Label)?
Yes. We offer comprehensive OEM/ODM services including custom laser marking, branded packaging, and label design.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard term is 30% T/T Deposit, 70% Balance before shipment.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
As a factory-direct supplier, our typical MOQ is 100 units per SKU depending on the filter type. This allows us to schedule a dedicated production run for your order.
